Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and ship your shoes: your design prompt and art, your email, shipping address and phone number. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card number.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Our print partner (Printful), to make and ship your pair.
• AI providers, to generate your art from your prompt (no personal info is sent).

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't send marketing email unless you opt in.

Deleting your data

Email help@rawsole.com and we'll delete your design and order details, except what we must keep for taxes and accounting.
